Join us for our first online SMWS South Africa members tasting of 2025, where we will sample a selection of three sherry-cask-matured whiskies in an official "Drop & Dram" tasting set. The event will be co-hosted by Olaf Meier who will be joining us from Scotland. Olaf has worked with SMWS for over two decades, and currently serves as the Tasting Panel Chairman and Brand Ambassador, plus is a Keeper of the Quaich.
The tasting set contains 50ml samples of:
- 55.85 Passionate Desire 13yo, 57.5%
- 95.67 A Mexican Pear Belle Hélène 16yo, 56.6%
- 149.7 A Coal Scuttle Of Jam And Treacle 7yo, 61.7%
