SPIRIT NOTES

Radiant aromas of nectarines, plums and fudge became encased by honey on toasted oak, while lemon peel joined dill before earthy notes led into a peppery finish. The palate was wonderfully deep, abundant with dark chocolate and toasted coconut on a banana split. Tropical fruit and green leaves merged with sweet whisky liqueur adorned with waxy textures. Adding water combined thick cream and banana fondant chocolates with the omnipresent fruit salad and coconut. Heather honey oozed over charred pineapple, golden raisins and cherries before buttery cake mix whisked up suggestions of cinnamon, nutmeg and sliced orange.
