A Loving Caress On A Magic Carpet

SPIRIT NOTES

The nose had us floating euphorically on magic carpets of apple blossom, mango, manuka honey and floral aromatherapy oils. The palate was a loving caress of pink wafers and glacé cherries, pineapple cubes, raspberry-coconut bars and tinned fruit salad; finishing with an impression of flowers wrapped in shaved oak. The reduced nose evoked maple syrup and blossom honey, pineapple rings, limeade, granola and a Highland cottage fuchsia hedge – all bright and smile inducing. The dangerously quaffable palate gave us apple turnovers, star fruit, banana chips and strawberry jam, with a slightly drying finish of fruit sweets wrapped in waxed paper.
