The palate oozed with apple sauce, clementines, root beer and toffee, with a texture akin to licking an oiled slab of cedar. Water gave the nose malted milk biscuits, ramen noodles with sesame oil and soy, and a side of buttered wholemeal bread. The finish was tempura batter, enoki mushrooms, pineapple and a glass of redcurrant tea.
